Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of maintenance department.
Initiates, implements and manages the plant maintenance program based
on best practices in the printing industry particularly continuous
forms.
Prepares reports, analyzes data and make recommendations for improving
plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
Reviews the operation of production machines and systems constantly,
to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely
manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Attributes:
Must have knowledge in maintenance planning and administration.
With knowledge in safe operation of basic hand and power tools.
Competence with communication, facilities management and human
resource development.
